The neighborhood smells like pumpkin, the nights are getting longer, and backyard fires are back in style. This means it's my favorite time of year in Austin and that Halloween is creeping around the corner like a little black cat. Halloween is possibly my most favorite holiday and it's Stef and Levi's too. The couple encouraged gothic costumes including top hats, flapper dresses, feathers and black lace, at their amazing Mercury Hall Wedding in Austin. Two of my favorite details from this wedding are the killer Edgar Allen Poe themed raven wedding cake and those gorgeous mokume metal rings from designer George Sawyer. You guys killed it Levi and Stefanie!
I've shot so many amazing wedding recently but have been very behind on blogging - so I promise to blog more soon! Here's a quick post from a country-themed backyard hill-country wedding I shot recently in Texas. Don't be afraid of the rain! Especially when you have a waterproof photographer with waterproof gear, a stunning Texas ranch house property, and a bride who looks like a glam Ellen Page. Thank you Lindsey and Austin for sharing your day with me!
